The Canada Fund for Local Initiatives offers short-term funding to community groups, NGOs, people’s organizations — and in exceptional cases, to international NGOs and government institutions — for small projects addressing empowerment, capacity-building, economic, environmental, and social development issues in Argentina and Paraguay. Proposals should have a budget of approximately CAN$10 thousand to CAN$20 thousand for six months.
