Description: With this FOA, the grantee will assume responsibility to provide above site technical assistance to the FMOH and RHBs in leading, planning, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring of the comprehensive HIV program, and building institutional and technical capacity at these levels to ensure program sustainability and impact. It will also support local universities in providing quality Medical Education. Moreover, the grantee under this award will provide direct site level support at the care and treatment sites in the four emerging regions of Gambela, Benishangul Gumuz, Somali and Afar for the uninterrupted implemention of the program, the delivery of patient oriented quality health services, and attaining the PEPFAR targets for epidemic control.
