The selected organization will continuously advise the designated project manager on the expenditure of funds, and when needed, work to prioritize activities to avoid overcommitting resources. A successful proposal will include sustainability measures and standard operating procedures. Methodical and careful transfer of knowledge, responsibility, and doctrine to the HNP is a key component of the MPP/CPP program.
