Description: |
The purpose of this funding opportunity program is to support two (2) Ryan White Part B recipients to promote the enhancement of Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) to increase coordination of eligibility, care, and quality initiatives. A robust statewide health information exchange (HIE) system between Ryan White and MMIS will enable sharing of relevant measures of HIV care and treatment, public health reporting surveillance, laboratory, pharmacy, and other systems and lead to increase connectivity among Medicaid and non-Medicaid providers funded under Ryan White. The HIE will allow for a more efficient collection, monitoring and tracking of health outcomes of people living with HIV (PLWH) along the HIV Care Continuum. |
