Description: The purpose of this program is to partner with the MOHCC in implementing evidence-based combination HIV prevention interventions in Zimbabwe with a primary focus on Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC), and to support MOH in reaching more than 80% VMMC coverage (measured through current acceptable tools) in selected PEPFAR supported districts. The applicant will focus on adult VMMC service delivery scale-up and transition to early adolescent (10 – 14 years) VMMC service delivery as coverage exceeds 80% in the adult age groups (above 15 years), in eight provinces (Chitungwiza, Midlands, Mashonaland East, Mashonaland West, Mashonaland Central, Masvingo, Matabeleland North and Matabeleland South.) Sites may be expanded or reduced in later years of award. An integrated model (which has proven successful in this environment) will be the mainstay of VMMC service delivery during the life of this award, whilst working with local NGOs that have demonstrable experience in the integrated VMMC service delivery model.
