Close Date: Jan 16, 2018 The Laura Bush 21st Century Librarian Program is a two phase process. In the first phase, all applicants must submit a two page preliminary proposal. Grants.gov will accept preliminary proposal applications through 11:59 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on September 1, 2017. Those applicants whose preliminary proposals are the most promising and best aligned with the IMLS’s priorities will be invited to submit full proposals in the second phase of the process.
