Limited Opportunity: The U.S. Embassy announces the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for a program to empower Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Intersex (LGBTI) civil society actors to build consultative capacity and advocacy in order to combat violence against LGBTI persons. This program aims to build understanding among parliamentarians about possible legislative actions to combat violence against the LGBTI community. This program also aims to draw underrepresented rural LGBTI and lesbian activists into the national networks. |
