This is a Notice of Intent (NOI) to award a non-competitive Task Agreement under the Piedmont – South Atlantic Coast CESU Cooperative Agreement (Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit) Master Cooperative Agreement P13AC00443 in accordance with Department of Interior, 505 Departmental Manual 2.12C. The purpose of this project is to provide public, academic and government users of National Park Service collections with an increased level of access to documents, video, audio, and photographs created and maintained by JELA and JAZZ.
