The debates should each be one hour in length and focus on key issues in the upcoming elections, the electoral process in Afghanistan, and rule of law as it relates to the electoral process. Episodes will be filmed live in front of a studio audience (100 or more) and should incorporate a format in which an expert panel debates the topic of the show, the in-studio audience participates, and viewers and listeners submit questions and comments.
