The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Pacific Southwest Region, intends to award a single source financial assistance agreement as authorized by 505 DM 2.14 (B) to the University of California, Los Angeles. This notice is not a request for proposals. This funding is being provided as a cooperative agreement under the Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CFDA 15.678). The funding will support generating genomic data and analyses that can be used by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) in making decisions under the authority of the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (16 U.S.C. 1531-1543). |
