Description: The CDC seeks qualified applications for a 5-year cooperative agreement to fund a client-focused, comprehensive and peer-sensitive HIV continuum of prevention, care and treatment service package for key populations in Nigeria including female sex workers, men who have sex with men, people who inject drugs and transgender persons. Awardees must demonstrate capacity, and clear strategies to provide Nigeria’s Minimum Prevention Package Intervention alongside treatment, in a way that enhances linkage, retention and viral suppression of clients in care, using best practice service delivery models such as KP services provided in a one-stop-shop, co-located in a health facility or integrated into a health facility. The partner must be innovative and familiar with the complex processes of engagement, enrollment into care and treatment of KPs, such as HIV testing services, provision of pre-exposure prophylaxis, ART, other wrap-around prevention services and differentiated service delivery models. This FOA would contribute towards achieving the UNAIDS/PEPFAR 90-90-90 target among KPs as well as build sustainable community systems.
