Description: |
Objectives The successful applicant will provide general and administrative support to the EMK Center. This includes providing staff to operate the center and to develop and implement approved programs under the oversight of the U.S. Embassy Public Affairs Section with final approval by the Public Affairs Officer of the U.S. Embassy (Director of the American Center). The Recipient will be responsible for overseeing financial operations of the Center, overall physical maintenance, and facilitating all payments including but not limited to salaries, utilities, rent, maintenance and upkeep, in a timely manner. The Recipient will also be responsible for compliance with all program guidelines as developed in consultation with the U.S. Embassy Public Affairs Officer. Under this award the Recipient will provide the following: 1) Human Resources Management 2) Access to information and materials 3) Maintenance 4) Programming 5) Reporting. As this funding opportunity is a Cooperative Agreement, the Public Affairs Section will have significant involvement in the management and administration and programming of the EMK Center. |
