Royal Society — Fellowships for African Independent Researchers


The Royal Society, in partnership with the African Academy of Sciences, offers fellowships to African early-career researchers who have the potential to become leaders in their field. Each FLAIR Fellowship will be for two years and will offer up to £150 thousand per year, alongside training and mentoring. Applications should be within the remit of natural sciences, including agricultural and biological research, among others. Eligibility extends to early-career researchers from sub-Saharan African countries.
