Description: |
Project Goals ¿ To conduct nutrient and zooplankton sampling along coastal regions of Glacier Bay and Wrangell-St. Elias National Parks and Preserves and collaborate with the National Park Service (NPS) & the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) to develop biophysical conceptual models to inform future long-term monitoring. Variations in zooplankton community patterns will be evaluated by integrating physical, water chemistry, and phytoplankton biomass to determine drivers and predictors of zooplankton species composition and patterns of spatial distribution, abundance, and biomass. |
