Subject to the availability of funds, USDOL’s Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) intends to extend period of performance and increase funding for a cooperative agreement without full and open competition to Catholic Relief Services for a project to improve livelihood outcomes among at-risk youth to prevent their engagement in exploitative labor and the worst forms of child labor in El Salvador and Honduras.
