Description: USAID/Senegal (Sahel regional office): Addendum to YouthPower 2 (YP2) Annual Program Statement No.: 7200AA20APS00007 Program Title: USAID/Mauritania: NAFOORE Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number: 98.001 Ladies/Gentlemen: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Senegal /Sahel regional Office (SRO) is making a special call for submission of concept papers from qualified entities to implement the program entitled “Nafoore” in the Republic of Mauritania. Subject to the availability of funds, USAID/Senegal /SRO may allocate up to $17,000,000 over the course of three years with a two (2) year extension period , subject to the combined successful implementation of the first three years and the availability of funding. Eligible organizations interested in submitting a Concept Paper are required to carefully read this APS addendum as well as the full YouthPower APS announcement, which can be found at: https://www.grants.gov/web/grants/view-opportunity.html?oppId=325906 .Reading those materials is essential to understanding the program description, concept paper submission requirements and the review and evaluation process. Eligibility is discussed in Section C of this addendum. This funding opportunity is posted on www.grants.gov .Potential applicants are required to regularly check the website to ensure they have the latest information.
