Description: Purpose of Small Grants: PAS Haiti invites proposals for programs that support academic mobility between our two countries; the development of civil society; the empowerment of youth in realizing their potential through education, innovation and entrepreneurship; the democratic ideals of freedom of expression and of the press, and intellectual freedom; teaching of the English language; empowerment and security of women and girls; and strengthening cultural ties between the U.S. and Haiti.
