Eligible applicants include public, non-profit, and for-profit entities that can provide T/TA on a state-wide or regional basis to Health Center Program award recipients, as well as other health centers and community-based organizations seeking Health Center Program resources, including tribal and faith-based organizations. Applicants must currently work with potential or existing health centers or other community-based providers with similar missions. Applicants must meet all of the eligibility requirements listed in the FOA. |

Description: |
This funding opportunity announcement solicits applications for training and technical assistance (T/TA) cooperative agreements with Primary Care Associations (PCAs). PCAs are organizations that provide T/TA across their state or region that strengthens health centers’ clinical and operational quality while supporting the expansion of access to comprehensive health care services to the underserved. This FOA will fund state and regional PCAs to facilitate Health Center Program award recipients and look-alikes (hereafter referred to as health centers) growth in the following areas: access to care, operations and infrastructure, and health outcomes/health equity. |
