Applicants must currently work with potential or existing health centers or other community-based providers with similar missions. Applicants must meet all of the eligibility requirements listed in the FOA.

Description: This FOA solicits applications for training and technical assistance (T/TA) cooperative agreements with organizations that can provide such services at a national level. National Cooperative Agreements (NCAs) provide T/TA to potential and existing Health Center Program award recipients and look-alikes (health centers) to strengthen health centers’ clinical and administrative operations and expand their capacity to increase access to comprehensive health care services to the underserved. This FOA will fund NCAs to facilitate health center growth in the following areas: increasing access to comprehensive health care; improving health outcomes; promoting health equity and reducing health disparities; oral health; behavioral health integration; health center workforce development; health center sustainability and growth; health center information technology and data; medical-legal partnerships; and a national T/TA coordination and resource clearinghouse.
