Description: |
The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to develop and produce at least one but up to four educational videos on the identification and mitigation of explicit and implicit bias within the criminal justice system. Furthermore, the video(s) should highlight the positive impact of a diverse and inclusive criminal justice system. The videos should be approximately 15 to 20 minutes in length, should have content based on research and scientific evidence, and have either close captioning or voice over dubbing to facilitate translation into the appropriate language so they can be incorporated as a module in INL-funded criminal justice training courses for partner countries worldwide. |
