Description: |
This funding initiative will support a single organization to conduct a multi-site evaluation and provide technical assistance (TA) for up to 12 demonstration sites. The sites (funded under a separate announcement) will design, implement, and evaluate innovative interventions that address social, cultural, and environmental health determinants, coordinate HIV care and treatment, and facilitate addressing unmet needs to improve HIV health outcomes for African American women. The ETAP recipient will evaluate and provide TA to the demonstration sites on the implementation and outcomes of innovative strategies for integrating HIV care, comprehensive social and mental health services; and wellness coaching and stigma reduction into a coordinated intervention. |
