Description: |
The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $5,000,000 for Year 1, subject to the availability of funds. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in India is seeking applications for a cooperative agreement to support the NACO, including both the National AIDS Control Program (NACP) and the Revised National Tuberculosis Program (RNTCP), to accelerate and achieve HIV and TB epidemic control in priority geographic areas by implementing activities to support and strengthen the treatment cascade as described in CDC’s Regional Operational Plan (ROP) 2019. The recipient(s) will develop proposals to improve HIV and TB prevention, case finding, and linkage and retention to care among unreached key populations (KP) and their partners, which will promote viral suppression among all people living with HIV (PLHIV) and particularly KP. Applications should include strategies supporting effective TB case-finding among PLHIV and integration of TB and HIV case-finding efforts to find, treat, and prevent TB. The recipient(s) will support activities to enhance and promote community engagement and strengthen technical monitoring and organizational capacity of local partners. |
