Description: The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting proposals for a collaborative program that provides medium-term support to displaced human rights defenders. DRL envisions a program that would enable individual human rights defenders and civil society organizations to continue their work advocating for fundamental freedoms, despite forced relocation due to threats or attacks on them for their work.
