Description: |
To conduct the analyses and modeling required to develop the population model for Baird¿s Sparrow. Extensive experience conducting complicated analyses with demographic data on bird demographic data, including not limited to nesting, adult and juvenile survival, site fidelity, and movement data. Staff should be especially skilled at developing models that combine complicated data sets and produce results that are extrapolated out for practical application by partners. The results of the analysis will greatly facilitate the mission of the Fish and Wildlife Service, which has management responsibility for Baird¿s Sparrow and all grassland birds as delegated to the Fish and Wildlife Service by the Secretary of the Interior. |
