Included is support for the following areas: human resources for health (HRH); care and treatment (C&T) of people living with HIV (PLHIV) and TB; gender-based violence (GBV); positive health, dignity and prevention (PHDP); health system strengthening; laboratory; data quality assessments; health communication; and other technical areas that are critical to ensuring that PEPFAR service provision goals are achieved in zones where clinical and public health platforms are frequently at risk of disruption. The recipient(s) will be expected to provide technical assistance (TA) and capacity building to host governmental institutions, other stakeholders/partners, involved in providing essential primary health care (with a focus on HIV and TB programs) and public health services in Mozambique.
