Description: |
Proposed concept note activities should primarily support refugees, asylum seekers, and vulnerable migrants in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, and/or Panama. Because of PRM's mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider funding only those programs that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent of these non-host country populations of refugees, asylum seekers, and vulnerable migrants. |
